I had amazing and quiet room complete with ice, basic equipment and kitchen. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Airport, and a grocery store. There was Slim Chickens nearby to grab something to eat...

There was nothing I didnt like.

The staff was polite and courteous, the room was incredible. Large bathroom.

Candlewood Stay

General information: When we booked our hotel room online the room looked bigger than when he actually arrived. However, it was still spacious. The outside was very well lite & the room was very clean. However, the hallway on the 4th floor (where we stayed) did smell icky close to the elevator. The smell remained the entire 7 days we were there. Once we got past the first 3 rooms the smell was gone. Wi-Fi worked perfectly while we were there. Always a plus. Location and surroundings: Our hotel was located tucked away in the perfect location so that there isn't all the noise from traffic, yet just down the road from all of the restaurants & shopping you could want. There is actually a grocery store on the back side of the hotel. For entertainment there is Crystal Palace staking rink just around the corner as well as the local mall where they have $3 matinee movies daily, no to mention it is close to 2 parks with swimming. & even though the airport is close, the planes did not disturb us...rather we found them fascinating. Service: The staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff always smiled & were pleasant, but our favorites were the younger gentleman glasses & great dark coloured hair) & older Hispanic gentleman--amazing. We also really liked the maintenance guy...he was awesome. Dining: The few downsides to the actual hotel is that they do not have a free breakfast bar or a restaurant. However, they do have items that you can purchase in their lil store area. & there are places near by. However, if they put in an actual breakfast bar &/or restaurant, that would put them at the top of the hotel game. Sports and leisure: The pool looked bigger on the website, however, it was actually an adequate size. We enjoyed throwing my mom her birthday party in the grilling section & the other guests were all friendly & we all accommodated one another in taking turns sharing the space. The pool was very clean & we liked that there was a restroom within the pool gates. It made it easier when our child had to use to restroom to not have to run back upstairs to go. We found that the sitting area as you first walked, by the check-in desk, gave it a home type feel. Room: Our room was on the 4th floor which gave us a great view overlooking the parking lot, the pool, & of all aircrafts. Our bathroom was very larger than the average size hotel, which was nice. We also enjoyed the kitchen area in our room. The hotel also had so many different appliances we could borrow as well. The fact that they had what was available displayed in a cabinet was very helpful. Along with appliances, they also had games that were available...all were at no charge which was very nice. The couple across the hall from us had a few large dogs that liked to bark whenever we came & went but once we mentioned it to the front desk, we did not hear them bark anymore. We did like the fact that the hotel is pet friendly though. Useful tips: We arrived in town way earlier than expected so we called to see if we could check in early. Thankfully, we were able to check in several hours early (5 hours early). We would recommend Candlewood Inn & Suites to anyone who is visiting the Fort. & we would love to stay again the next time we visit.

Suburban studios had great facilities and is really close to the airport. I loved the private beach! The overall atmosphere was enjoyable, and the staff was friendly.

the only downside was a slow shower drain.

The hotel was surprisingly clean and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful, even if the pool was closed during my visit. The location was convenient, close to shopping. It offered great value for the price, but lacking breakfast options was a downside.

Perfect Pit Stop for Travelers

We stayed here during a road trip and loved the spacious room. The staff provided excellent service. Don't miss the nearby dining options. We enjoyed a great meal that energized us for the next leg of our journey. Tip, arrive early to secure parking!

Cute staff, clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen.

Amazing place with its free wi-fi, fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with a great local taxi tip. I'm planning to return for a city trip!
